You will be responsible for addressing inquiries from Polish-speaking players, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience with Riot Games.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding player support in Polish through various channels, predominantly email and chat.
• Assist players with questions regarding account management, game features, and technical issues.
• Efficiently resolve player problems to enhance overall satisfaction and encourage player loyalty.
• Document player interactions accurately to support service enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of player experience and communicate valuable feedback.
• Stay informed about game updates, new features, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (both oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred, especially in the gaming industry.
• A strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
