Key Responsibilities

  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry developments.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
