Job Description

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our technology systems are running smoothly and efficiently, and will be the main point of contact for any IT-related issues or questions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to employees and clients via phone, email, and in-person

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications

- Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure

- Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures

- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement system improvements

- Train employees on new technology systems and software

- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting

- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
