Location: Remote (Greece-based – Athens / Piraeus)

Work Hours: 09:00 – 21:00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary & Benefits

  • €1,045.72 gross/month + performance bonuses

  • Productivity bonus: up to 10% of gross salary, based on target achievement
  • After 12 months: salary increases to €1,100 gross/month

  • After 3 years: salary increases to €1,150 gross/month

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 18:00

  • Fully paid 18-day training with certified instructors

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to French-speaking customers, ensuring timely resolution
  • Build and maintain professional customer relationships with empathy and professionalism
  • Record and track customer interactions in the CRM, escalating issues as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements
  • Follow all company policies and data privacy regulations

What Were Looking For

  • Languages: Fluent French (C1 or native) and intermediate English (B2)

  • Customer Focus: Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with software tools, CRM systems, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Team Player: Collaborative, open to feedback, and willing to grow professionally
