We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us on our growth journey. The SDR position would be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and converting potential partners to opportunities in the sales pipeline.
No technology sales experience? No problem! We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are coachable, motivated, resilient, and positive. We will offer the necessary training and mentorship to help make you successful in the short and long terms.
What You’ll Do (but not limited to):
Identify leads/prospects, generate curiosity and interest, qualify, educate and develop new opportunities
Conduct multi-channel outreach to warm and cold leads
Qualify inbound leads via phone, webform, email ,etc.
Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the broader sales team
Partner with sales counterparts to develop plan of attack for particular leads
Encouraged to bring ideas to assist in driving sales and success
Your Qualifications:
Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
Inquisitive mind and willingness to learn
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
Desire and passion to collaborate, learn and grow
1 year of professional experience preferred (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.)
