Remote Sales Representative – Outbound Calling (PH & LATAM)

We are looking for a confident, high-energy Sales Representative to help us grow our client base in the healthcare industry. Your primary role is to connect with medical practices, generate interest, and set up meetings for our Sales Manager.

This role is a great fit for someone who is driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced calling environment.

What You Will Do

• Make 60 to 100 outbound calls per day to medical practices
• Book appointments and meetings for the Sales Manager
• Use HubSpot CRM to track all calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Consistently hit daily and weekly activity targets

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in phone sales, outbound calling, SDR, or BDR roles
• Strong English speaking and writing skills — clear and confident on the phone
• Familiarity with the full sales cycle is a plus
• Able to work a full-time remote shift from a quiet workspace with no background noise
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently toward daily goals
