Role Overview

We’re seeking a Creative Director who is deeply fluent in AI-driven creative workflows, capable of leading both strategy and execution across digital, branding, content, and product storytelling. This role requires someone who is not only highly creative but also technically strong—someone who leverages modern AI tools to automate processes, enhance productivity, and unlock new creative possibilities.

You’ll own our creative vision , shape our brand identity, guide content production, and build scalable creative systems powered by emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the brand creative direction across web, social, product design, packaging, and campaigns.
• Build AI-powered creative workflows for content generation, design, automation, and asset production.
• Stay on top of AI trends, tools, and creative technologies, integrating the best ones into daily operations.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that support growth, engagement, and product launches.
• Lead ideation for marketing campaigns, storytelling concepts, and multimedia content.
• Oversee visual standards, ensuring consistency and high quality across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring ideas from concept → execution.
• Manage external designers, freelancers, or agencies when needed.
• Build templates, systems, and automation pipelines for faster, scalable creative production.

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years in creative direction, art direction, or brand creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, branding, and visual storytelling excellence.
• Expertise in AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, automation platforms).
• Ability to incorporate AI into daily creative workflows—content generation, design automation, asset creation, and production scaling.
• Experience building creative systems, templates, processes, and automated pipelines.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social creative standards, and brand systems.
• Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication, creative reasoning, and presentation skills.
• Must be available to work PST hours (remote OK)

Nice to Have

• Motion graphics or video experience.
• Web design (Figma, Webflow) or UX/UI background.
• Experience in wellness, consumer products, or lifestyle brands.
