About the Client

A digital marketing agency based in Austin, Texas that builds websites and manages marketing for companies in the home services and healthcare industries. The focus is on creating websites that are both visually appealing and designed to drive revenue and measurable business results.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build websites from scratch in Webflow
  • Create high-fidelity designs and wireframes in Figma
  • Design ads, email newsletters, social media graphics, and landing pages
  • Build and maintain scalable UX design systems — component libraries, style guides, brand guidelines, and reusable design patterns
  • Work with account managers to understand client goals and deliver on time
  • Use Client-First or Relume naming conventions in Webflow

Requirements

What You Need

  • 3+ years of web design experience with Webflow projects in your portfolio
  • Figma expert:  wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems
  • Webflow expert: CMS, animations, responsive breakpoints, built from scratch
  • Design systems experience: you have built component libraries, style guides, or brand systems that scale across multiple projects. Show us at least one example.
  • Strong design fundamentals: typography, color, spacing, layout, visual hierarchy
  • Digital marketing assets: ads, emails, social graphics. You know platform sizes and formats.
  • Good English communication: you can explain your design decisions clearly in writing and on calls

Nice to Have

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Webflow animations beyond basic triggers
  • CRO or A/B testing experience
  • Experience in Home Services or Healthcare

Portfolio Requirements

Please submit your portfolio, ideally your Webflow portfolio, which must include both of the following:

  • Live Production Links:  Links to websites you built that are currently live on the web. We will open these on mobile to check for responsiveness. If there is horizontal shaking, broken alignment, or overlapping text, it does not pass.
  • Webflow Read-Only Links:  A link that lets us see how you built the site in Webflow (the backend structure). This is required. We use this to check that the site was built correctly and not just put together quickly without proper structure.
  • Include at least one  example of a design system you built (Figma component library, style guide, or brand system).

90-Day Success Plan

Here is what we expect in your first 3 months:

Application Process

  • In place of a traditional initial interview, you’ll be asked to record your responses to the initial interview questions through a Loom video (questions & instructions are in the application page).
  • Our team will carefully review your submission, and if shortlisted, we’ll share your responses with the client for their review and next steps.
  • Please treat this recording as you would a real interview:
    • Come prepared and make sure you’re clearly visible on camera.
    • Record your answers in a quiet, well-lit, and clutter-free space with a stable internet connection.
    • We’re excited to get to know you better! Show us your personality and strengths. We encourage you to answer authentically and in your own words, without reading from a script or using AI tools.
  • Additionally, you will need to submit your portfolio (ideally Webflow portfolio) as part of the application submission as indicated above. Only complete application submissions, including video responses and portfolio, will be lined up for review.
