Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and maintaining communication with candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to effectively evaluate candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a solid understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and engaging approach to sourcing and candidate management.
