We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can move fluidly across the full spectrum of AI hiring, from highly technical engineering and ML roles to non-technical roles like AI product managers, AI operations leads, and AI-adjacent business functions. This is an internal role built for someone who stays current on where AI talent is moving, understands how the landscape is shifting in real time, and can context-switch between hiring a machine learning engineer one day and an AI solutions consultant the next.
You will own sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and candidate experience across a high volume of concurrent searches. The ideal profile is someone who has recruited for technical roles at the senior level, reads AI industry news not because they have to but because they want to, and brings a structured, high-output approach to every search.
