Senior Contract Recruiter / Business Development Manager (Salesforce & Maximo)

You will be responsible for:
👉 Winning new contract business
👉 Positioning consultants into live and speculative opportunities
👉 Creating demand from the market — not waiting for it

What You’ll Be Doing

🔥 Business Development First (Core Focus)

  • Identify and win new contract opportunities across:
    • Salesforce ecosystem (SI partners, end clients)
    • IBM Maximo / EAM clients & partners
  • Build relationships with:
    • System Integrators
    • Consulting Partners
    • End Clients
    • Recruiters (for split deals / collaboration)
  • Drive outbound activity:
    • LinkedIn outreach
    • Email campaigns
    • Market mapping

🎯 Market-Led Opportunity Creation (Key Differentiator)

  • Monitor live job postings across job boards and marketplaces
  • Identify roles where we can immediately supply consultants
  • Match bench consultants to these opportunities
  • Proactively contact:
    • Hiring managers
    • Recruiters
    • Talent teams

Using:

  • LinkedIn (InMail / direct outreach)
  • Email outreach
  • Recruitment tools

👉 Objective: Turn job adverts into new business opportunities
👉 Not just applying — owning the relationship and the deal

👥 Consultant Placement & Bench Sales

  • Actively market available consultants (“bench”) into the market
  • Use a candidate-led sales approach:
    • Present consultants before roles exist
    • Create demand around strong profiles
  • Position consultants into:
    • Partners
    • End clients
    • Recruiters

🔄 360 Recruitment Execution (Supporting Function)

  • Take and qualify job briefs
  • Source and qualify candidates when required
  • Manage full lifecycle:
    • Client engagement → submission → interview → close
  • Negotiate rates and commercial terms

📈 Pipeline & Deal Ownership

  • Build and manage your own pipeline:
    • Clients
    • Opportunities
    • Active deals

👉 Expectation: You begin generating deals from Month 2 onwards

Compensation & Structure

Requirements

  • 2+ years in tech recruitment (contract preferred)
  • Proven experience in:
    • 360 recruitment OR business development
    • Winning clients and closing deals
  • Strong ability to:
    • Generate leads from job boards and outbound activity
    • Convert opportunities into revenue
    • Sell consultants into the market
  • Experience in one or more:
    • Salesforce
    • IBM Maximo / EAM
    • AI / Cloud / Data
