Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing and screening potential candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
• Assist hiring managers in defining role requirements and candidate qualifications.
• Communicate effectively with candidates to provide timely updates and feedback.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking and proactive candidate engagement.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
