• Assist customers with order processing, account management, and detailed product inquiries.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records to improve service processes.
• Stay knowledgeable about the company’s products and policies to offer accurate assistance.
• Actively seek customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and contribute to overall excellence.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
