  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in transportation or logistics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
