Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to transportation services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Educate customers on transportation options and processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in transportation or logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
