JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Amazon Account Manager with expertise in listing optimization, image enhancement, and conversion rate tracking to join our team. This role is ideal for a data-driven e-commerce professional who thrives on improving product visibility, maximizing sales performance, and leveraging analytics to refine strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management (U.S. & Canada):

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts specifically in the U.S. and Canadian marketplaces to drive sales growth and ensure compliance with regional best practices.
  • Oversee rules and regulations related to customs shipments from the U.S. to Amazon Canada fulfillment centers, ensuring smooth cross-border logistics and compliance with import requirements.

Listing Optimization:

  • Optimize all product listings to improve visibility, organic ranking, and conversion rates in both the U.S. and Canadian marketplaces.
  • Be an expert in creating and managing product variations (parent-child relationships) and product bundles to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct keyword research, backend keyword optimization, and A/B testing to enhance rankings and organic traffic.
  • Ensure product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ Content are fully optimized for SEO and conversions.

Image & Content Optimization:

  • Enhance product images using Canva and Adobe Photoshop to align with Amazon’s best practices.
  • Develop high-quality A+ Content/EBC (Enhanced Brand Content) to boost engagement and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s image and content guidelines while improving click-through and conversion rates.

Conversion Rate & Performance Tracking:

  • Track, analyze, and improve conversion rates (CVR), click-through rates (CTR), and organic ranking metrics.
  • Maintain keyword index tracking to monitor product visibility and search performance.
  • Utilize Amazon’s reports and third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Sellics) to identify optimization opportunities.

Advertising & Growth Strategy:

  • Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to maximize ROI.
  • Implement data-driven advertising strategies to scale product sales while maintaining ACoS targets.
  • Identify new opportunities for market expansion and growth.

Account Health & Compliance:

  • Monitor account health, manage performance metrics, and ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies.
  • Troubleshoot listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and account health issues proactively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts, with a strong focus on listing optimization and data-driven growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to increase conversion rates through listing and image optimization.
  • Expertise in variant (parent-child) listing creation and bundle optimization.
  • Experience managing Amazon accounts in both the U.S. and Canada, with knowledge of marketplace-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Advertising Console.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellics, or similar tools for performance tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Ability to analyze traffic, keyword rankings, and sales trends to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword indexing, and backend search term optimization.
  • Experience with Amazon FBA, inventory management, and fulfillment strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for image and A+ Content optimization.
  • Knowledge of cross-border shipping regulations and customs compliance for shipments from the U.S. to Amazon Canada fulfillment centers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
