Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and chat in Nordic languages.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order placements, and product information.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and product offerings to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Proficient in using digital tools and e-commerce platforms.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
