Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat communications in Dutch.

  • Provide accurate information on streaming content, features, and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in streaming content and services to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or streaming sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Interest in streaming services and digital content is strongly desired.
