Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Nordic languages.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to car rental services, vehicle availability, and pricing.
  • Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Guide customers through the car rental process, including reservations, changes, and returns.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about car rental policies, promotions, and fleet offerings to assist customers adequately.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or rental sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Interest in travel and knowledge of car rental processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
