Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, and returns within the e-commerce platform.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately through the e-commerce system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions and monitor feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with logistics and product teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in an e-commerce or retail setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Proficiency in customer service software and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Passion for online shopping and understanding of customer needs in the digital marketplace.
