We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets and provide timely resolution to issues
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
- Train and assist employees on the use of technology and software applications
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
