IT Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at VigorCare Pediatric Services in Los Angeles, California. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and clients, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment

- Perform regular maintenance and updates on all IT systems to ensure optimal performance

- Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, providing timely and effective solutions

- Train and assist employees in the use of various software applications and systems

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Stay informed on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems

- Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems through regular backups and updates

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network systems

- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
