Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the organization's computer systems, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner

- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals

- Maintain and update hardware and software inventory

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues

- Train and educate staff on new technologies and software

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

- 2+ years of experience in IT support

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
