VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Train staff on new hardware and software systems as they are implemented
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and order new equipment as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve company systems and processes
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management on IT support activities and system performance
- Assist with the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
- Respond to help desk requests in a timely and professional manner
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
