We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position that will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor all IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and identifying and addressing any potential issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring security and access controls are in place
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure use of technology within the company
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to protect company data and systems
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and educate employees on the use of new technologies and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvements to the company's technology infrastructure
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network infrastructure
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g. Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
