This role is perfect for individuals fluent in Dutch/Flemish seeking a rewarding customer service career while experiencing life in Greece. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients and ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with product and service inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to serve customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation costs covered by the company.
