Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Booking platform, with the unique chance to work and live in beautiful Greece. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about travel and customer service, eager to assist Dutch-speaking customers in managing their bookings and ensuring a seamless travel experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to online bookings, cancellations, modifications, and payments via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
  • Provide detailed information on available services, booking policies, and travel options.
  • Assist customers in resolving booking issues and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on company policies, booking platform features, and travel industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and handle inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
