Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies promptly and accurately.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver effective solutions and improve service quality.
  • Stay informed about company products and industry developments to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations proactively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while maintaining teamwork and collaboration.
