We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and applications
- Set up new employee accounts and equipment, and ensure proper access and security
- Monitor and maintain the company's network and server infrastructure
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Manage and maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades
- Train employees on the use of new software and technology
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT systems and technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and network security
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve
