Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to all employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications

- Monitor and maintain the company's network and servers, ensuring maximum uptime and security

- Manage user accounts and permissions, including creating and modifying user profiles and access levels

- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Maintain inventory of hardware and software and assist with procurement as needed

- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures

- Train employees on new software and technology as needed

- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT infrastructure

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong customer service skills and a desire to help others

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
