You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues, and maintaining our network and hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity
- Assist with the implementation of new technology systems and upgrades
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to our systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and other business applications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
