In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Croatian-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries and ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing all inquiries related to bookings and travel services.
• Provide detailed information about accommodation options, booking processes, and travel policies.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
• Stay updated on current promotions, travel trends, and company policies to advise customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Adept at problem-solving and managing customer queries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the travel industry.
