We’re hiring a Product Manager to strengthen execution across our existing credit product in the Philippines. This role is designed to support our Senior Product Manager by owning delivery across clearly defined, high-impact areas — with a strong focus on fraud, identity, KYC, and risk systems.
This is not a greenfield discovery role. Instead, you’ll work on mature, in-market products that are already live and scaling. The priorities are known. The roadmap is real. The opportunity is to execute quickly and effectively in partnership with Engineering, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors.
If you're based outside of the Philippines, this role will require travel 4-6 times/year.
Owning execution across key areas of our existing credit product
Improving fraud, identity verification, and KYC systems to reduce loss rates
Partnering with Engineering on integrations and enhancements to risk infrastructure
Working closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to optimize credit processes
Evaluating and managing third-party vendors that support fraud and identity workflows
Using data to size problems (e.g. fraud incidence, loss impact) and prioritize effectively
Delivering on clearly defined initiatives that directly impact eligibility, approvals, and portfolio health
4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in credit, lending or fintech.
Strong analytical capability and very comfortable working with and manipulating data.
Experience operating unstructured, high-ambiguity environments with little micro management.
Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams, particularly across Engineering and Credit teams.
Clear written and verbal communicator.
