Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Portuguese by addressing inquiries related to domestic appliances, including product features, troubleshooting, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries and corresponding solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed recommendations and support to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home appliances or consumer goods sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude dedicated to achieving satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing inquiries efficiently.
  • A genuine interest in domestic appliances and technology is a plus; however, full training will be provided.
