Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sr. Account Executive to join our rapidly growing, collaborative and diverse team. The Sr. Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients while ensuring that our mission remains at the forefront of all sales initiatives. This role reports to the VP of Sales and for the right candidate, has an excellent opportunity for advancement. What the Sr. Account Executive role looks like: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, overcome challenges, and achieve sales targets. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders. 
  • Track and report sales metrics, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement. 

What our ideal candidate looks like: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience. 
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the transportation, trucking, or fleet maintenance industry. 
  • Must have pre-existing relationships and book of business. 
  • Knowledge of the fleet maintenance and repair industry is required.  
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems. 

Work Environment:  

  • Remote home office setting  
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs  
  • Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time  
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
