Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat for fitness tech queries.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting, providing solutions to technical issues, and enhancing their experience with fitness applications and devices.
• Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and feedback to foster continuous service improvement.
• Team up with colleagues to identify common issues and develop strategies for customer satisfaction enhancement.
• Stay informed about product updates, trends in the fitness technology sector, and provide accurate information to clients.
• Facilitate customer training sessions to ensure effective use of fitness technology.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and a solid command of English.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the technology or fitness industry.
• Genuine interest in fitness and knowledge of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach with a strong commitment to providing great customer experiences.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Flexibility to adjust shifts as needed, potentially including evenings and weekends.
