Account Manager (Maritime/Shipping)

What you’ll do

The Sales team is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager (Maritime/Shipping) excited about selling a disruptive technology solution in the maritime/logistics market across North America.

More specifically, you will:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts
• Meeting/exceeding a growth sales quota every year 
• Act as a commercial core partner of the business, supporting budgeting, multi-year planning, controlling, demand planning, reporting, and general metrics promptly
• Collect product and competition feedback from clients
• Maintain the CRM with notes and updates, working closely  with the sales team to make sure that our forecasts are achievable
• Support other teams and share knowledge
• Be a good representative of Kpler externally
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organisation

You are or have...

• You have +3 years of experience as an Account Manager selling data/tech/SaaS specifically to the maritime industry across North America
You have great communication skills
You are ready to travel
Driven and self-disciplined. You can work autonomously without much guidance and thrive in unstructured, fast-paced, ever-changing environments
A team player who always puts the business first with an eye on maximising you and your team's long-term gains
Fluency in English and additional languages would be an advantage
