Key Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the home appliance or retail sector, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset dedicated to achieving satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing customer inquiries seamlessly.
  • A genuine interest in domestic appliances and technology is a plus; relevant training will be provided.
