Key Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer support in Norwegian, addressing queries related to products and services effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to tackle complex issues and enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated with product knowledge to provide customers with the latest information and effective solutions.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat, with a friendly approach.
- Participate in training and development activities to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with a focus on providing outstanding support.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills necessary for accurate record-keeping.
- A genuine interest in providing superior customer service; industry knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided.
