At LendingOne, we're seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Director to join our team and lead the charge in crafting and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.  In this role, you'll wear many hats, from overseeing email automation and SEO to collaborating with creative partners and analyzing campaign performance.  But most importantly, you'll be a strategic leader, shaping the future of LendingOne's digital presence and driving significant growth.

This is a full-time opportunity working out of our Headquarters office in Boca Raton, FL.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior digital manager role, or, 1 year of experience in an equivalent director role
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital and content marketing strategies
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working in WordPress
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Hubspot
  • 2-3 years of people leadership experience

Certificates & Licenses:

  • Certification in Google Analytics (GA4) & AdWords
  • Hubspot Certifications (Marketing HubSoftware, Social Media, Inbound)
  • Develop and manage conversion tracking systems with Google Ads conversion pixels and Google Tag Manager, ensuring precise event tracking and robust testing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and attribution using manual reporting and Excel, adjusting strategies based on data insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of strategy and execution of digital media, email and automation efforts designed to drive growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Building a comprehensive marketing automation plan using Hubspot, automating many of the manual email campaigns currently running, and adding those that are currently missed opportunities
  • In collaboration with Content Marketing Manager, design and implement email marketing strategies, managing subscriber lists to optimize lead nurturing and enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead the on-page and off-page SEO strategy for the organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership (marketing and otherwise) to understand business goals, competitive challenges to come up with innovative, scalable solutions. Track/monitor competitive insights.
  • Work with the analytics team to develop KPI dashboards to regularly share with senior management
  • Optimize and implement best practices with an eye for scalable efficiency and automation
  • Work with third party performance marketing agency to plan, manage and optimize online digital ad campaigns, day-to-day production, and digital campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Identify online trends and insights to optimize online marketing spend and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager and third party partners to identify on and off-page SEO best practices to generate traffic to our websites, including but not limited to:  backlinking strategies, metadata refinement and content recommendations.
  • Perform regular website audits and QA, ensuring our digital machine is working behind the scenes and for our customers.
  • Establish reporting and analysis of websites and campaigns, setting KPIs, trends and recommendations for continued improvement/optimization 
  • Collaborate with marketing team and creative partners to produce top-performing digital assets.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Keen knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing and email automation best practices, functions, processes, procedures and techniques.
  • Must be able to articulate strategies to address a diverse audience base (e.g., experienced investors, first-time investors) and tailoring messaging accordingly.
  • Expertise in SEO content practices, as well as knowledge about usability/user experience principles and best practices.
  • Experience with marketing financial products and services as a plus.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
  • Strong skills in reporting and optimization, including conversion performance, A/B testing, and page testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing tools, including WordPress, Hubspot, GA4, Google AdWords (and other relevant social ad platforms), Google Tag Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating, visualizing and interpreting data in Excel. Driven to seek data-supported decisions.
  • Strong understanding of web platforms, SEM, paid social, SEO, digital advertising, retargeting, and optimization strategies
  • Proven ability to conceive and implement successful marketing campaigns holistically including channel, ad creatives, landing pages, ad performance and customer lifetime value analysis across one or more channels (i.e., email, social Ads, Google AdWords & display, YouTube, affiliate networks, etc.).
