Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Google Media Buyer to lead our advertising efforts across Google’s ecosystem, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Ads, with a proven track record of driving traffic, conversions, and ROI through paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies that align with True Classic’s marketing objectives and target audience.

Ad Buying: Manage the full lifecycle of media buying on Google, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad placement optimization.

Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop effective ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with our audience and drive action.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Audience Targeting: Utilize Google’s advanced targeting features, including demographics, interests, and remarketing, to reach the most relevant audience segments.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements, such as ad copy, headlines, and landing pages, to identify the most effective approaches.

Budget Management: Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation to maximize returns while staying within financial limits.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Google advertising to keep campaigns competitive and effective.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping).

Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, bidding strategies, and analytics.

Creative Insight: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals that align with True Classic’s brand messaging.

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes in the digital advertising landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other advertising platforms such as Bing, YouTube, or Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

Familiarity with e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing strategies.

Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.

Certification in Google Ads or related fields.
