Role: Paid Media Manager
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $5 - $8 (Open to negotiation based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and making real-time adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to target the right demographics effectively.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content that aligns with our brand messaging and goals.
  • Manage budget allocation across various campaigns and ensure expenditures are in line with company targets.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports that outline the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our paid media efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
