Programmatic Media Buyer

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Initially, the schedule will be 9 AM to 5 PM AKST. After 60-90 days, once the new hire is comfortable with the systems and tasks, the schedule may shift to 6 AM to 2 PM AKST.

Work Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.

Job Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various platforms, including OTT, CTV, programmatic display, streaming audio, DOOH, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute programmatic media strategies across OTT, CTV, programmatic display, streaming audio, and DOOH.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and data-driven targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee real-time bidding (RTB), private marketplace (PMP) deals, and programmatic guaranteed buys.
  • Work with ad exchanges, third-party data providers, and verification partners to ensure campaign success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align programmatic buys with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, ad tech developments, and privacy regulations.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying.
  • Proficiency with one of the major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Basis, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
