We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Virtual Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and campaign optimization will play a critical role in achieving our marketing objectives in the US market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation across various digital channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  2. Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and content marketing initiatives, to reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
  3. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels, monitoring performance metrics, adjusting budgets, and optimizing targeting to maximize ROI.
  4. Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content, to attract and engage target audiences and drive traffic to our digital properties.
  5. Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page optimization to improve organic search visibility and rankings for relevant keywords and topics, driving qualified traffic to our website.
  6. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  7. Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking, to nurture leads and drive conversions through email communication.
  8. Monitor and manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking, to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and proactively recommend and implement updates and enhancements to our digital marketing strategies.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Hootsuite, SEMrush, or similar.
  4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance and drive results.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal teams and stakeholders.
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
  8. Availability to work during US business hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings, deadlines, or project milestones outside of standard hours.
