  • Effectively address customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate solutions and enhance service delivery.
  • Educate customers about available services and safety protocols.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service quality improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
