In this role, you will join a dynamic team and provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients in the aviation sector, ensuring they receive timely and accurate assistance.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to aviation services.
  • Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and changes, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Provide information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and safety procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, working towards a satisfactory resolution.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide accurate information and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's aviation services and promotions.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
