Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Czech via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to electronics products and services.
• Resolve complaints and technical issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery and address customer feedback.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the electronics sector, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of electronics products and technical support processes is a plus.
• Proficient in digital communication tools and customer relationship management systems.
