Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and quoting commercial insurance policies, utilizing various carrier portals, and providing comprehensive proposals to clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Review and analyze fact finders, ACORD applications, and supplemental applications to determine appropriate coverages and limits.
  • Obtain quotes through Tarmika or directly from carrier portals based on client needs.
  • Utilize Applied Epic agency management system to generate proposals and premium financing options.
  • Develop competitive insurance packages by using alternative marketing strategies, including mono-line and package policies with different carriers.
  • Communicate with carriers, underwriters, and clients via email and phone to expedite quotes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of insurance documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales and underwriting process.

 

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial lines within an insurance company (mandatory).

Background in customer service and back-office support is preferred.

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Insurance licensing is a bonus but not required.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with English-speaking clients.

Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.
