Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to tobacco products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and industry regulations to assist customers appropriately.

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English are also required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the consumer goods or tobacco sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation support provided.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software.
