This role is tailored for individuals fluent in any of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support and helping customers navigate health-related concerns regarding e-cigarettes. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding e-cigarette products and health issues in your preferred Nordic language.
• Offer clear and accurate guidance on product usage and health implications.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within the support system.
• Stay informed about regulations and best practices in the e-cigarette industry.
• Work closely with team members to continuously improve the support experience for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish), both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills with a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Prior experience in customer support or healthcare-related roles is advantageous.
• Ability to provide clear, empathetic, and informative assistance to customers.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of e-cigarettes and associated health considerations is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital customer support tools and software is preferred.
