Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat to Czech-speaking clients.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, and account management.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience.
• Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector, is advantageous.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
